How to create a perfect pasta bolognaise
It’s so easy to create a vegan pasta bolognaise with these ingredients:
I love pasta for dinner, it is so quick and simple and this is how I make a bolognaise to add in protein.
For this meal I use:
- My home made pasta sauce
- Frys mince
- Any vegetables to add texture – here I used mushrooms, red onion and spinach but add in whatever you like to leave it out if preferred

I like to use a few different options but here I used the fry’s vegan mince

The great thing about this mince is it’s also shape-able so perfect if you want to use it to make burgers or sausages too. I haven’t tried this yet but watch this space. I will add it as soon as I try to make something different. However, it is also perfect in a pasta bolognaise and gives you added protein to your meal.
If you don’t want to make everything from scratch simply use a pasta sauce, your choice of vegetables and add in the mince to your sauce mixture. Serve this with some pasta and you have a quick and easy weeknight meal. I make a pasta at least once a week as it is so simple to do.
