Located within Eden, a sustainable office building is Spice and Grind. A little cafe hidden away from the busy streets perfect for a relaxing tea or coffee in the city.

I love finding little spots to sit and work and this place is perfect. There are some spaces to work and lots of people were enjoying the space with their laptops or books.

Eden is also an office building so it’s not surprising to see people working away.

I also love the sustainability of the building. It has been designed to achieve net zero carbon emissions and uses sustainable materials. The living wall outside is something you don’t want to miss.

The cafe itself is very simple and modern. Whilst there wasn’t any vegan food options when I went they did have a nice tea menu which is an essential for me in any cafe.

I found the environment here relaxing. It is a lovely gem in the city and definitely somewhere I would recommend to come and relax or work.

Open Monday to Friday from 8 until 3.30pm within Eden, M3 5JL. This is a great small business to support.
