There are many things people might think they are going to miss out on when they go vegan but there is actually an alternative to everything. And whilst a lot of places have a vegan pizza options (usually just a pizza without the cheese) Purezza is a fully vegan restaurant chain offering the most delicious vegan pizzas that make sure you don’t miss out on anything.

Purezza is a vegan restaurant I knew about for a while. I kept meaning to make a trip to their London location but was pleased when they opened one in Manchester which is more convenient for me.

They first opened in Brighton in 2015 so have a lot of practise making the best pizzas for the vegan community. Their goal was to appeal to everyone not just vegans and I feel like they really achieve this as their food is exceptional.

Here you’ll find pastas, salads, desserts and of course pizza. The sides are delicious and there is a good range for everyone. Whether you want a mock meat option or to try all the different kinds of vegan cheese there is plenty to keep everyone happy.

They also make their own cheese which is delicious and really makes a change from the places that use shop bought cheese on vegan pizzas that doesn’t melt well. Their option is so good you’ll be checking the menu to make sure it’s vegan (which is what I did).

I love their lunch menu which before 5pm Monday to Friday gets you a pizza, starter and drink for £15 (as of March 2026) which is so reasonable and really filling.

With locations in Brighton, Camden, and Manchester hopefully there is one near you or one that you want to visit soon.

They have discounts for blue light holders, students and offers where kids can get a free pizzas. There is also plenty of weekday offers for everyone to enjoy.

I highly recommend Purezza and so far it is one of my favourite pizza places that just happens to be vegan.
